SFR:  The number of new listings in the Santa Clarita Valley area saw a 23% decrease from October 2019 to November 2019, ending the month with 186 new listings. The total number of active listings decreased by 19% to 472 total active listings. The average sales price in the SCV area is $642,268. The average sales price of SFR in the Santa Clarita Valley area decreased by 5% from October to November. The number of home sales in November decreased by 11% with 222 homes sold. In November, days to sell averaged 38 days and ended with 2 months of inventory.

Condos/Townhomes:  The average sales price in the Santa Clarita Valley area is $401,552. The average sales price around SCV went down 1% from October to November. The number of home sales decreased by 26% in November with 69 sales. Santa Clarita Valley area’s condos & townhomes resale inventory is 134, which decreased by 15% from October. The number of new listings in the Santa Clarita Valley area decreased by 25% from October with 65 new listings in November. November averaged 32 days to sell and ended with 2 months of inventory.

SFR:  The number of new listings in the Santa Clarita Valley area decreased by 24% from October 2019 to November 2019, ending the month with 167 new listings. The total number of active listings decreased by 21% to 389 total active listings. The average sales price in the SCV area is $642,292. The average sales price of SFR in the Santa Clarita Valley area decreased by 4% from October to November. The number of homes sold in November decreased by 8 percent from November with 211 SFR home sales. November averaged 36 days to sell, a 8% decrease from October. Novenber ended with 2 months of inventory, no change from October.

Condos/Townhomes:  The average sales price in the Santa Clarita Valley area is $401,552. The average sales price around SCV went down 1% from October to November. The number of home sales decreased by 26% in November with 69 sales. Santa Clarita Valley area’s condos & townhomes resale inventory is 134, which decreased by 15% from October. The number of new listings in the Santa Clarita Valley area decreased by 25% from October with 65 new listings in November. November averaged 32 days to sell and ended with 2 months of inventory.

The total number of active listings decreased by 35% to 389 total active listings from year-to-year. The average sales price in the SCV area is $642,292. The average sales price in the Santa Clarita Valley area went up by 5 percent from year-to-year. The number of homes sold in November 2019 increased by 5% from November 2018 to 211 SFR home sales.
