Hello, I'm Janis. Thank you for visiting my personal page. I would like to tell you a few things about myself. My husband and I moved to Acton in 1984. After looking at homes for over a year and going through several Realtors, we finally found a sweet little lady at Century 21 that found us what we were looking for. In 1986, my husband and I both received our licenses to sell real estate and started helping people achieve 'The American Dream' - home ownership.
As our family grew, we decided to build our next home and yes, we actually built it ourselves. No contractors, just Eric, and his tool belt. It took a bit longer than we had hoped, but it is really quite nice. Keeping a good sense of humor when building a home is important... getting divorced over the color of the toilet is just not worth it! Having first-hand experience at home building is invaluable to my clients that are looking into it.

I'll show you places that you never thought existed, some that even the locals don't know about.
