After 20 years of full time service these are the neighborhoods I know very well, I know the floor plans of many of the houses and I can help point out the good and bad things about the houses and locations.
I have been especially active in Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Saugus and Canyon Country. I have also handled sales in the immediate areas such as Castaic, Agua Dulce, Acton and the San Fernando Valley. If you need someone in another area I'll refer you to someone I know is on the up-and-up or give you some pointers.
