SFR: The average sales price of SFR across SCV fell by nearly 3% from July to August, while the number of home sales increased by over 11%.

Condo/Townhomes: The average sales price of condos/townhomes across SCV increased by nearly 10% from July to August, while the number of units sold decreased by over 32%. Yes, really 32%.. July had 138 units sold and August only saw 93 units sell.
